At HED, we are dedicated to your peak performance; if your gear isn't meeting your standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and include all documentation to ensure your return is processed without delay.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will issue a refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
